That's exactly why we've teamed up with Mirra, so you can try your Kotomi pieces at home before committing.

HOW IT WORKS
Add to cart: Use the Try at Home button when adding items to your cart.
Payment hold (not a charge): We'll temporarily reserve the order total on your card. It'll show as pending in your account, but you haven't been charged yet.
Try at home: Once your order lands, you have 3 days to try everything on, in your own mirror, in your own light.
Pay for what you love: We'll send you access to your Customer Portal to finalise your order. You'll only be charged for the pieces you decide to keep.

Returns made easy
Sending something back? Once we receive your return request, we'll email you a prepaid return label, no fuss.
A few things to know:
- Returns must be posted within 3 days of finalising your order.
- If you decide to send everything back, a $12 restocking fee applies.
FAQs
Yes, but it needs to be applied at checkout when you place your initial order. Pop your code in before completing your order details, and the discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for the pieces you decide to keep.
When you check out using Try Before You Buy, you'll be asked to enter your payment details as usual. We'll then place an authorisation hold on your card for the full order amount, this isn't a charge, just a temporary hold to confirm your payment method is valid. It'll show up as pending in your account, but no funds will leave it. The hold simply reserves the total until you decide which pieces are coming home for keeps.
Only once you've finalised your order through the Mirra Customer Portal. You'll be charged for the items you choose to keep, and nothing more.
If you decide to return every piece from your order, a $12 restocking fee applies. It covers the cost of shipping, handling, and processing your return. It's only ever charged when nothing from the order is kept, and it's what allows us to keep offering this little luxury of trying before you buy.
Right now, this service is available for our Australian customers only, and on full priced pieces (sale items aren't eligible).
All Try Before You Buy orders are finalised through the Mirra Customer Portal. From there, you can confirm which pieces you'd like to keep and request a return for anything that didn't quite work out.
